I come from a long line of people who believed in the wisdom of nature.
I learned to make creams and balms from my grandmother, who learned these remedies from her own grandmothers before her.
In our family, knowledge about caring for the skin was something that was passed down quietly through generations, from one pair of hands to another.
These traditions were simple but powerful, built on patience, observation, and respect for natural ingredients. Over time, each generation refined what they had learned, keeping what worked and improving what could be better. When an animal was raised with care and respect, every part of it had value. Tallow, the pure fat from cattle, was one of those treasures. It was used to protect skin from harsh weather, soothe dryness, heal cracks, and nourish the body.
When I began exploring natural skincare more deeply myself, I returned to these ancestral traditions. I experimented, studied, and continued the process of trial and refinement that my grandmother and her grandmother had practiced before me.
What I discovered confirmed what they already knew:
when ingredients are pure and compatible with the skin, they work beautifully.
